We are looking for someone who will not stop making phone calls and developing relationships with clients. The ability to develop professional relationships with Human Resources staff and hiring managers is essential. You must use all platforms of communication including Social Media tools to gain the attention of clients. You will have access to major search tools with the expectation you must make professional phone calls daily. A BS degree along with 1-2 years of direct experience either as an Account manager or Recruiter in a technical or manufacturing field is desired. You are offered a base + commission with bonuses or a draw vs commission pay structure. Either compensation plan should allow you to reach a first-year income of $60k to $80k. The second year should be six figures. A full benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, long-term, and short-term disability insurance, and a 401k program is included in the offer.
