Legal Assistant Legal Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to attorneys and assist in various legal processes, ensuring the efficient operation of our legal office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Maintain and organize case files and documentation.
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.
• Prepare for trials and hearings by organizing exhibits and evidence.
• File legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and litigation processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
