Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Install seamless, aluminum, and copper gutter systems with precision
• Perform gutter cleaning and essential maintenance services for residential clients
• Communicate with clients professionally to provide solutions and answer questions
• Ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of all gutter systems
• Follow all safety standards while working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Represent the IVM brand with an A-plus attitude and a focus on craftsmanship

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a gutter technician (Preferred, but we provide paid training)
• Proficiency with basic tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, and tape measures
• Ability to climb ladders and comfort working at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Milford office
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $20-$25/hr (Based on experience) + monthly bonus opportunities
• Benefits: Paid training, Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and free company gear
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
