Overview As a Sales Recruiter with HCT Staffing, you will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, placement, and management of Medical Professionals across the entire U.S. The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking on the phone and will proactively facilitate a full recruitment cycle including compensation negotiation and traveler retention. Responsibilities Make 75-100 daily outbound Cold Calls to qualified candidates who match the job requirements. Utilize multiple recruitment tools to their full extent including Phone, Text, Email, Video, Referrals, and Social media to generate new business. Thoroughly screen and present interested candidates to the assigned Account Executive. Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners. Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills. Utilize a production-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives weekly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability and are willing to learn. High level of energy, passion, drive, intuitiveness, competitive spirit, ambition to succeed, and self-motivation. Ability to exceed weekly and monthly sales expectations. Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a self-driven and success-oriented mentality. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must be able to effectively communicate over the phone and/or on video calls. Reside in the Tampa Bay area and be willing and able to work out of our Tampa-based office.
