• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Create personalized therapy plans that make a real difference.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data-driven insights to guide meaningful change.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire your team with expertise and supportive coaching.
• Partner with Families: Work collaboratively with caregivers to set goals and celebrate successes.
• Balanced Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy flexibility with a schedule that blends in-clinic and work-from-home time.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
• Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
• Adaptable & Driven – Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments, adjusting to evolving needs.
