2nd Shift: M-F, 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift: M-F, 11pm-7am

Rotating Nights: M-F, 7pm-7am

Rotating Nights: M-F, 7am-7pm

A Day in the Life

• Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
• Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
• Experience with production equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
• Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
• Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position Operator II, Manufacturing based in Connecticut is $15.26$22.88. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
