Job DescriptionThe Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will work on-site in our high-performance, non-union, CDC located in Greer, South Carolina. This role partners closely with the CDC Manager and Value Stream Leaders in a FAA-regulated electronic repair environment. The HRBP ensures operational excellence, a positive workplace and compliance with all HR policies. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy driving Human Resource initiatives that directly impact the production workforce, this role is for you.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, current skills and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, and more.
