Graphic Design Specialist

Location: Chelmsford, MA

Salary: $26 - $29/hour (annual bonus plan) Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5pm

Summary : Leading manufacturing company seeks a motivated team player to help customers with design support. Direct hire.

Responsibilities of the Graphic Design Specialist :

  • Review and edit project layouts in the database.
  • Communicate and collaborate with overseas designers via live chat.
  • Address technical issues reported through customer service tickets in HubSpot.
  • Assist the sales team with technical problem-solving.
  • Participate in customer web meetings to provide technical support and training.
  • Complete special projects when customers send parts for complete kit design.

Qualifications of the Graphic Design Specialist :

  • Design background required to understand project layouts.
  • Some experience and understanding of 2D and 3D design/programming preferred.
  • Ability to learn CAD Software.
  • Strong computer skills are a must.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team setting.
  • Technical High School or associate’s degree required.
  • 5 years of professional experience preferred
