Only considering candidates with the following: A Bachelor's degree is required Advanced degree is preferred 7 years of relevant accounting/financial experience, including at least 3 years relevant experience with a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO and/or healthcare setting required Foundational skills in designing and implementing innovation/improvement initiatives, including the required change management Advanced knowledge of MS Office Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and stakeholder management skills Core understanding of clinical operations and budgeting related to trial start-up through trial closure Ensures contract compliance according to policies Strategic thinking and persuasive contractual skills to support business policies Analytical skills and critical thinking for complex issue resolution Ability to influence and lead within a matrixed environment Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and high service standards Knowledge of clinical trial contracts is preferred Ability to work independently and plan activities effectively Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare budgets for North America Clinical Operations from draft protocol to trial closure Manage financial status of trials, identify variances and risks, develop forecasts Monitor and report on trial budgets, ensure alignment with global estimates Post SAP transactions related to clinical trials Manage investigator payments through third-party vendors Develop financial strategies for trials in collaboration with Trial Management Collaborate with global and local stakeholders including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and R&D Manage vendor contracts, negotiate third-party agreements in line with policies Negotiate contracts with suppliers, process invoices and change orders Participate in cross-functional teams to meet project milestones Improve processes through financial modeling and automation Create and analyze financial forecasts and budgets Guide staff on site contracting and payments Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial and operational systems Manage financial risks with root cause analysis and cross-functional coordination Click apply today! $47.12/hr Prof23 Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Part-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at swipejobs by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr swipejobs
