\nWe’re seeking an Entry-Level Credentialing Associate to work in an opportunity with a top client in Corpus Christi, TX .We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.

  • Pay rate is $17.50/hour \n\t
  • Temp to hire \n\t
  • Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM \n\t
  • Possibility of working Hybrid (2 weeks from home and 1 week from office rotation) if you have your own equipment at home, otherwise, will need to work fully onsite. \n\t
  • Paid training is onsite and a minimum of 16 - 20 weeks \n
\n\n \n

Overview:
\nThis position starts fully onsite with approximately 16-20 weeks of structured training. After training, you will have the option to work on a flexible 8 hour schedule and offer the hybrid opportunity noted above.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Review applications for completeness.\n\t
  • Access and maintain data in a computer database.\n\t
  • Audit providers credentials and licenses, ensuring they are legally authorized for their roles.\n\t
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to credentialing activities such as accreditation, membership, and facility privileges.\n\t
  • Monitor renewal dates and guide staff on the steps needed to maintain their credentials.\n\t
  • Utilize multiple software applications simultaneously.\n\t
  • Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other computer software.\n

  • A data entry role.\n\t
  • A customer service position (no phone calls from members).\n
\n\n \n

Job Specific Qualifications:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED.\n\t
  • Experience: Credentialing experience preferred.\n\t
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not required.\n\t
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of office clerical, medical, or insurance claims experience.\n\t
  • Skills: \n\t \n\t \n\t\n\t
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.\n\t
  • Solid computer skills, including basic typing and toolbar navigation.\n\t
  • Strong data entry skills.\n\t
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.\n\t
  • Independent decision-making ability.\n\t
  • Experience in database management.\n\t
  • Ability to sit for long periods.\n
