Summary:

As a customer service professional, you will be expected to use your experience and personality to assist customers, solve problems, qualify leads, contribute to sales and fuel customer retention. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our products and will be responsible for assisting customers in completing purchases online and over the phone, as well as informing customers of our products and services.

This position has the opportunity to work remotely

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling inbound calls, chats, and emails with professional communication
  • Send emails and make outbound calls to follow up on leads
  • Answer customer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with accounts
  • Assist customers with technical issues experienced on the website
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance sales and overall business
  • Meet or exceed daily productive goals
  • Identify website, process, and product inefficiencies and escalate
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with the website and escalate any issues to management appropriately
  • Work cross-functionally (Sales, Technical Services, Operations) to resolve customer issues in world-class fashion
  • Responsible for customer retention, customer growth, customer satisfaction, and conversion of new customers into retained customers
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • We are open 6am-6pm PST (M-F). No weekend shifts are required

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Team player
  • Goal-oriented
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Learn and navigate new software quickly
  • A professional and friendly attitude
  • Ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Type 50 wpm+
  • Confident, dependable, and responsible individual ready to go to work and be well compensated
