The environment is calm, professional, and collaborative, with a shared focus on quality, innovation, and patient confidence.

We’re seeking a Dental Assistant to support advanced general and cosmetic dental procedures while contributing to an outstanding patient journey from start to finish. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and wider clinical team, balancing hands-on chairside support with independent responsibility to ensure every detail meets the highest standard.

What’s in it for you

  • Stability within a growing private practice
  • Competitive hourly rate up to $40 per hour with benefits including 401(k) with matching, health insurance, PTO, sick leave, and bonus

You’ll be responsible for

  • Assisting during general and cosmetic dental procedures
  • Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout
  • Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and clinical equipment
  • Managing dental supply inventory to ensure consistent availability
  • Taking and processing dental X rays
  • Providing post treatment care instructions and patient education
  • Updating and maintaining accurate electronic patient records
  • Supporting lab work such as temporary crowns under direction of the dentist
  • Maintaining clean, organised treatment rooms between procedures

You’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally within cosmetic dentistry
  • Experience using dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic patient manner
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow clinical protocols precisely
  • Confidence working in a fast paced, high standard clinical environment

Location

This Dental Assistant role is based onsite in Brentwood (90049 near Santa Monica), Los Angeles. The position is full time, working Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
