Key Responsibilities: Act as a SME for Fiserv DNA, providing expertise on system capabilities and best practices. Support implementation projects of new business banking and small business products, including treasury services, deposit solutions, and card solutions. Understand business problems, consult the individual/team on configurations and functionalities of the platform. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and process improvement activities. Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and member experience. Provide training and guidance to internal users on new features and functionalities. Required Skills: Fiserv DNA experience in system configuration AND/OR a super user of the platform. Strong communicator and fast learner to pick up quickly. Ability to read and interpret Fiserv documentation, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to business teams.
