About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Portfolio M&A to spearhead and execute M&A transactions for our portfolio companies. The successful candidate will oversee every phase of the M&A process, from deal sourcing through negotiation and integration. You must have at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in a high-velocity M&A environment, with a strong preference for candidates skilled in proprietary sourcing.
This role entails not only executing complex transactions but also developing and scaling a high-performance M&A execution team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a robust track record in M&A, possessing sharp leadership and communication skills. Experience in consumer and business services is a plus, along with a strong network of industry contacts for effective deal sourcing.
