CDL-A Entry-Level Truck Driver | Paid Training | Albuquerque

You just graduated from an accredited Academy but no one will hire you without OTR experience, we will.

With us you can start your new driving career with a trusted carrier that puts new drivers first. We are currently hiring Class-A trainees near Albuquerque for dry van routes running regionally and the U.S. If you're reliable and ready to roll, we'll get you the miles, support, and path to long-term success.

Our qualified applicants must have graduated from an accredited Academy with at least 120 hours of course study within the last 2 years.


When you first start with us training pay is $650 per week, only for your initial 30 days. While training, you must be able to stay OTR with your trainer for the first 30 days. Similar to basic training in the military you'll have no home time during training.


Once training is complete you'll take 2-5 days off to unwind. After which you will meet with your terminal manager. You will then chose a run that suits you and your family with several different home times, depending on the run you choose.


Currently we are offering runs that get you home every week. Many regional runs that get you home weekly for your days off. A few local runs that get you home daily. You shouldn't plan on working locally when you first start. Those runs normally go to experienced drivers first.


After training..

  • Weekly Pay Increase: $1,250-$1,450
  • Benefits at 30 days with 401k
  • Freight: Light dry van - no-touch loads
  • Routes: U.S. regional lanes
  • Equipment: Late-model automatic trucks
  • Schedule: Flexible - day/night dispatch
  • Stop Pay: $15 per stop
  • Bonus Eligible: Performance-based pay increases
To qualify you need :
  • CDL-A license holders
  • Excellent driving history
  • To be able to pass all DOT test including hair or urine.
  • Graduated from at least a 120 hour Academy within the last 2 years
  • Live within 200 miles of Albuquerque
  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and safety focus
