Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM - 5x8s Shift with lunch. Work Experience: Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations. Education: Pharm D BSP degree License: RPH license in the State of Ohio Certifications: Current BLS certification Immunization delivery certificationProKatchers Job ID #289017.
