GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Westwood, Massachusetts.

• Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max??all RTO needs to be approved in advanced, and they will need to make up any time off
• On-Call Requirement? no call requirement
• Holiday Requirements/Specifics?
• Certs: BLS
• License: Active RN License
• Experience:
• 2 years of experience.
• Must have experience in Hospice
• Must have HCHB/OASIS experience
• Oasis E - after Jan 2023 experience is required
• No more than 1 year gap
• All documentation due same day
• Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average26-28)
• That could mean 3 people or 7 people
• About 20-25 cases per week. 5-7points per day
• Absolute must - true home health experience, HCHB/Oasis documentation

Must have HCHB/OASIS experience
Case types:

RN
Hospice
Orientation: About 2-3 days of orientation. Modules, get intro to the team

Other Details:
Once a week they have to go into the office (Usually Tue, Wed and Thur). Mandatory in person
Hours: Branches are open 8am - 5pm, they may have patients who want to be seen before or after.
Homecare Homebase MUST be completed at the patient's home.
Absolute must - true home health experience, HCHB/Oasis documentation
Mileage will be reimbursed at .70/per mile
