This position will provide travel assistance to PGA TOUR Players and employees within the parameters of the Travel Policy. Agents will provide the highest level of customer service to our clients when making reservations for airline travel, rental cars and hotels.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Associates degree or successful completion of an accredited travel school program preferred
  • 3-5 years of recent corporate travel agent experience required
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS to include strong knowledge of fares (including RTW and complex international fares), ticketing, and exchanges
  • Domestic and International geographic knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated experience learning and using technology, and ability to use multiple applications and monitors at one time
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Advise and arrange travel to include airfare, ground transportation, and hotels for all travelers
  • Complete travel arrangements for clients in the most economical and efficient manner
  • Research and provide solutions for travel-related issues clients may experience
  • Follow all company procedures and guidelines in areas of customer service, ticketing, GDS, attendance, and accuracy of work
  • Complete all necessary functions related to reservation completion (ticket issuance, clerical work, etc.)
  • Remain up to date on all airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and other industry requirements. Accurately apply this information when assisting our travelers.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
  • Regularly check queues to ensure accuracy and all tickets are issued completely
  • Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and provide updates to travelers as needed
