Overview:

We are seeking an experienced TIG Fabrication Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of a local fabrication facility. This role will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$70,000/year

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the TIG fabrication plant.

• Supervise and support all staff members, ensuring high performance and workflow efficiency.

• Develop and implement processes that boost productivity and quality output.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in the hiring process—screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

• Provide training, coaching, and educational materials to staff as needed.

• Monitor plant equipment, ensuring it remains in proper working condition.

• Perform or oversee TIG welding repairs and fabrication-related tasks when required.

• Troubleshoot operational challenges and conduct root-cause analyses to prevent issues.

• Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plant operations or manufacturing management.

• Hands-on TIG welding experience is required.
  
  
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, safety requirements, and plant procedures.

• Ability to diagnose operational issues and implement effective solutions.
