IDR is seeking a Telecom Engineer to join one of our top clients in Broomfield, CO . ** This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position

** Hybrid-schedule (2-3 days / week onsite, Broomfield, CO)

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Telecom Engineer:

  • Design, install, configure, and upgrade telecommunications systems and networks.
  • Diagnose, repair, and optimize voice systems to ensure peak performance.
  • Analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit and system issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet user needs and project goals.
  • Potential for on-call duties and occasional after-hours work.

Required Skills for Telecom Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Genesys.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare applications and telecom systems.
  • Proficiency in telecom network architecture, protocols, and technologies. Strong project management and communication skills.
