# Sr Director Project Management Agency## Boston, MA 02101## Sr Director Project Management AgencyMinimum: USD $111,700.00/Yr.Maximum: USD $145,200.00/Yr.Market Type: Hybrid### Senior Director, Project Management### Position Summary:The Senior Director, Project Management, is a strategic leader responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives across channels, teams, and geographies. This role oversees a team of project managers, ensuring operational excellence, on-time delivery, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep experience in marketing operations, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise-level project management.### Key Responsibilities:* Lead large-scale campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives for commerce and brand marketing programs.* Develop complex integrated project plans with clearly defined scopes, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.* Drive collaboration across Marketing, Strategy, Retail Excellence, Strategy, Media, Creative, and external agency partners.* Implement and evolve project management frameworks, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and visibility.* Manage resource planning, project prioritization, and capacity balancing across internal and external teams.* Anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and resolve conflicts to keep programs on track.* Monitor performance metrics and develop financial reports on project health, ROI, and KPIs.* Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven execution within the team.* Champion agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs and organizational maturity.* Act as a key liaison between marketing leadership and other departments including Financial Operations, Department Operations### Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field* 15+ years of experience in marketing project management (agency experience preferred), with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.* Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in scope development, scope management and financial management* Strong understanding of commerce marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, brand strategy, creative development, and media planning.* Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira).* PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.### Key Competencies:* Strategic Thinking* Leadership and Team Development* Cross-functional Collaboration* Operational Excellence* Change Management* Stakeholder Communication* Results OrientationJob Will Remain Open Until Filled
