Job Title: Spray Painter Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime: Required as needed during weekdays and some Saturdays (March–November may exceed 50 hours/week) Pay Rate: $22–$24/hour (dependent on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on spray painting experience Company Focus Areas: Environmental Design & De cor Engineering Custom De cor, Signage & Architectural Solutions Craftsmanship & Technology-Driven Manufacturing Full-Scope Project Management & Installation Services Key Responsibilities: Apply paint to letters, signage, numbers, and decorative items using a hand-held pneumatic spray gun Finish de cor elements made of wood, metal, plastic, and foam with appropriate paint and primers Ensure proper surface preparation and select the correct products for each material Perform final quality checks before items leave the paint area Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including changing air filters and cleaning workspaces Clean and maintain spray equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow verbal and written instructions precisely Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience using gravity-fed spray guns Familiarity with materials and processes related to signage and graphics preferred Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Reliable and flexible with the ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed Excellent problem-solving and comprehension skills Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses at all times and a respirator as required Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
