Lotus Concepts Management, the team behind some of Colorados most dynamic hospitality brands, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing Department. This is an on-site position based in Denver, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute all social media strategies for 10 properties across 4 brands , including Viewhouse, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard, and Belles & Boots. This role requires a creative, analytical, and highly organized individual with a strong understanding of digital trends, brand voice, and paid advertising strategies.
Manage and maintain all social media platforms for 10 properties / 4 brands.
Create, schedule, and publish content that reflects brand identity and engages target audiences.
Develop and implement a detailed social media roadmap aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage and optimize all paid ad spend across platforms to maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team, property-level teams, and leadership to align social media with campaigns, events, and promotions.
Identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities in social media and digital advertising.
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for brands, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment.
Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and emerging digital trends.
Expertise in paid advertising campaigns, budget management, and ROI analysis.
Exceptional writing, content creation, and visual communication skills.
Ability to build and execute long-term strategies while managing day-to-day posting and engagement.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Must work on-site in Denver, CO (not a remote role).
