Express Employment Professionals Dayton South is now hiring Shell Dipping/Casting Foundry workers in Moraine, OH at $15.00/hour-$18.00/hour!!

Job Description:

• Build ceramic molds, melt various steel & bronze alloy metals.
• Lift molds using various hands tools and machines.
• Shell making by dipping wax patterns into ceramic slurry.
• Wax pattern making operating was injection tools and assembling wax patterns.
• Monitor the pouring of molten metal into molds and other forms to create castings with the help of ladles and hand-operated equipment.
• Carefully track the temperature gauges and color, heating units, furnace flames, etc. to melt metal as per requirements.
• Hot/dusty environment!
• Temp-to-hire position.

Qualifications

• Some experience in foundry desired but not necessary as company is willing to train.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. over a 8 hour shift.
• ATTENDANCE IS KEY, AND A MUST! MUST BE WILLING TO SHOW UP TO WORK EVERYDAY! *Must have good longevity/tenure. Resumes with inconsistent work history or frequent job movement (several jobs in less than a year or short periods at several jobs) will NOT be considered.
