This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a strategically important portfolio while helping to define how product management scales within a dynamic, collaborative company culture.

In this role, you will:

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for a key genomics services portfolio.
• Drive new product launches and optimise existing services for growth.
• Work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver impact.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the future growth of the product function.

What we’re looking for:

• PhD/MS in molecular biology, genetics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience within life sciences.
• Strong experience managing complete workflows from sample through analysis.
• Proven track record of launching and growing successful products.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
