About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for Access AI to shape the future of intelligent access governance. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities that bring automation, insight, and intelligence to identity and access management. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to turn massive identity data into actionable intelligence that strengthens enterprise security.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the Access AI roadmap , delivering high-impact, ML-driven features for visibility and risk detection.


• Partner with engineering and data science to bring predictive and generative AI capabilities to life.


• Work cross-functionally to ensure AI insights power Veza’s broader identity and authorization products.


• Engage with customers and partners to understand needs, validate ideas, and showcase innovations.


• Serve as a product evangelist , representing Veza at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally in security, identity, or data analytics.


• Proven experience with AI/ML products or analytics platforms.


• Strong technical understanding of IAM, APIs, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) .


• Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level, the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation, such as commission.

Compensation Disclosure

$154,000 - $210,000 USD

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
