Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **Education/Experience:** + Bachelor's degree required. + Minimum of 3 years' experience finance and accounting staffing & recruitment. **Technical Skills:** + Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite + Experience with Bullhorn preferred. **Basic Skills:** + Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results driven. **Travel** : <10% -Occasional travel to annual conference or client sites **Location:** Hybrid Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentive compensation programs based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentive compensation plan's terms and conditions. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
