Title: Scrum Master II (Agile Delivery Lead)

Location: 100% remote Working hours: Eastern Time zone

Type: 6-12 month + contract

Pay rate is Upto $75/hr on W2, all-inclusive/no benefits

Job description:

Key skills: Agile Project Management, Project Management principles of Risk Management, Dependency Planning. Strong written communication skills. A focus on results for our customers and in using data to drive the teams’ performance improvements. Experience with Jira, Service Now, DevOps toolsets.

• Coach a team on agile principles
• Ensure new team members are on boarded to the agile framework
• Create opportunities [offer training, resources, discussions] for existing team members tolearn about Agile
• Lead & implement continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with the team,including refinement of ways of working, to iteratively improve the teams cycle time;leverage focused retrospectives
• Reduce cycle time by X%
• Protect the process - utilizing coaching, ensuring adherence to Agile event agendas andreadiness for events by the team
• Monitor & communicate progress throughout the sprint utilizing metrics on progresstowards completion of sprint goal
• Communication - develop a communication plan to regular report out to targetedstakeholders [users, leaders, etc.], utilizing metrics
• Measurement - track and communicate these metrics and utilize these to coach theteam
• Cycle Time (multiple)
• Blockers
• Planned vs Completed
• Velocity
• Evaluate toolsets, analyze fit for the team, make recommendations
• In addition to the Delivery Lead role, project manage 1-2 Projects as assigned
