Base pay range

$73,686.34/yr - $110,529.64/yr

Responsibilities

• As the Scrum Master Resource Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for:
• Facilitating all Scrum events
• Coaching the Scrum Team on the Scrum methodology
• Helping the Scrum Team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint
• Working with the team to continually make progress on the project by ensuring each person works on the right tasks, removing obstacles, and protecting the team from distractions
• Facilitating Retrospectives that lead to actionable improvements
• Reviewing backlog with product owners
• Resource planning: determine resources required to meet business requirements, goals, and timeline for assigned projects

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college
• At least two years experience in Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology, Application Design, Application programming, and Project Management

Knowledge areas

• Application architecture and design principles
• Project Management concepts and terminology
• Microsoft software suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, etc.)

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skill in interviewing customers for insight on functionality, interface, problems and/or usability issues
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple activities/tasks in a rapidly changing environment to meet project deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment consisting of both IT and non-IT coworkers/vendors
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies

Work schedule

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
