We specialize in transforming fleets and spaces into powerful marketing tools that drive visibility and growth.

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This individual will play a key role in developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across our vehicle wraps, signage, and branding solutions.


Job Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales goals through consultative selling and collaboration with internal departments. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

This position offers a hybrid work structure and uncapped earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls, in-person meetings, and consultative sales presentations.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations for vehicle wraps, signage, and branding solutions.
  • Prepare and send proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project fulfillment, timelines, and pricing accuracy.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • All other duties assigned.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience through responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and progress using CRM tools.

Collaboration & Market Insight

  • Work closely with production, design, and installation departments to ensure project success.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Represent CL Visual at trade shows, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience with vehicle wraps, signage, or large-format printing is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive presentation ability.
  • Confidence and resilience in outreach and cold-calling environments.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace , CRM software, and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Must be able to stand for presentations and occasionally lift or transport sample materials or promotional items.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience).
  • Total Compensation OTE : $100-$120k
