Job Overview:

The IHT Sales associate play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of spas, saunas, and cold plunges. This position focuses on providing personalized solutions, maintaining an inviting store environment, and supporting retail operations to ensure top performance. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve financial success through uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while upholding company values and supporting key initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their spa, sauna, and cold plunge needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Accurately process sales transactions through the POS system in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Support merchandising efforts and assist with inventory management.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through follow-ups, issue resolution, and exceptional post-sale service.

Pay: $19.29/ Hourly - Plus Commission 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to complete all required training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
