What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the planning and coordination of marketing and promotional events.

 

• Work alongside the Events Manager to manage logistics, timelines, and execution.

 

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and attendees, answering questions and solving issues on-site.

 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design event promotion strategies and materials.

 

• Assist in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients and sponsors.

 

• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving campaign goals.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

• A flexible, team-first mindset with a positive attitude.

 

• Previous event planning or coordination experience (1 year preferred, but not required).

 

• Must be able to work on-site in the Atlanta area.
