Role Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Safety Officer to support our Arizona team by enforcing and monitoring safety programs to maintain a safe, accident-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce safety policies in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train staff and managers on safety practices and injury prevention.
• Inspect job sites and facilities to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage OSHA-related tasks, safety audits, incident investigations, and reporting.
• Oversee worker compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain safety records, manuals, and conduct safety orientations.
• Coordinate safety meetings, training, and incentive programs.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with ACM, sheet metal roofing is a plus.
• Construction site safety experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work 40 hours/week, MondayFriday, in-person.
• Familiarity with Office software.
• Physical ability to perform field inspections.
