This Rogers Athletic Sales internship is a vital part of the Rogers Athletic Sales Team, focused on customer service, sales support, and product expertise during the summer months. The position requires professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication skills to represent the company ethically and effectively while assisting customers and internal teams.

• Customer Engagement & Support : Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, analyze customer needs, and provide accurate product information with professionalism and patience.
• Football Product Expertise : Use in-depth football knowledge to guide customers toward the most suitable Rogers Athletic equipment.
• Order & Bid Management : Assist Inside Sales with processing bids, dealer orders, and school purchase orders, along with general office task
• Field Support & Installations : Provide on-site demonstrations, resolve product issues, and assist with deliveries and installations as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or a related field of study.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of American football.
