The Ride Control System Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and securing network architectures for operational technology and industrial control systems used in Disney ride attractions worldwide. This role involves leading cyber security efforts, network performance analysis, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high availability, safety-critical automation systems. The position requires expertise in network design, cyber security technologies, and OT/ICS systems with opportunities for international travel and innovation within theme park environments.

As a Ride Control Systems Security Engineer you will work within Walt Disney Imagineering’s Ride Studio on multiple ride attraction projects and are responsible for network architecture and cyber security design and implementation activities on new ride projects for installation in all our parks across the globe. The hiring range for this position in California is $129,300 to $173,300. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
