Our busy restaurant is looking for servers with a friendly smile and a cheerful customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. You will serve our guests in the restaurant by ensuring that they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served timely, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests.

Our ideal candidate maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor toward our guests and coworkers while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. $15 hourly

• Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
• Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
• Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations
• Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors

• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
