Job Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our management team in North Attleboro. This individual will bring a hands-on, results-driven approach to floor management and has a proven track record of success in overseeing high-volume operations. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in hospitality leadership, demonstrating the ability to inspire teams, maintain operational excellence, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management and food service management
• Strong skills in staff training and team management
• Proficient in inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems
• Experience in casual/upscale casual dining settings
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

 

Job Responsibilities

• Performing opening, mid, and closing shift duties
• Collaborating with guests to plan and execute flawless functions
