Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, talent sourcing, on-boarding coordination and full life cycle recruiting, while consistently delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Experience within the telecom industry is a strong plus. This role requires someone who can follow detailed client-specific onboarding processes and manage multiple priorities at times.
Ideally you will be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (Greater Phoenix, AZ area). This is a remote, WFH role. Salary plus commission
Key Responsibilities - Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Care: Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment cycle; ensure candidates feel supported and informed.
- Reference & Background Coordination: Acquire and verify professional references and support client-specific background and onboarding processes with flawless attention to detail.
- Client Relationship Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and clients, understanding their needs and providing consistent recruitment updates and insights.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, organized, and detailed documentation across all applicants’ tracking and client systems.
- Process Compliance: Follow detailed, client-specific onboarding and compliance requirements with precision.
- Industry Awareness: (Preferred) Leverage telecom industry knowledge to assess technical skill sets and market trends.
- Project Coordination: Track and move candidates forward in a high volume, detailed and coordinated way.

- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success source from job boards and multiple recruitment channels.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term candidate and client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and client-specific requirements.
- Must be willing to work West Coast hours (M-F).
- Preferred
- Experience recruiting in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agency or high-volume environment.
- Based in the Phoenix, AZ market.
