Required Skills & Experience
· 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality management, with proven success in building and leading teams.
· Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, including experience implementing and maintaining certified quality management systems.
· Strong working knowledge of ASME pressure vessel and welding codes (Section VIII, Section IX), including hands-on experience with welder qualifications, WPS/PQR development, and compliance oversight.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to recognize problems, implement solutions, and inspire a culture of improvement.
· Excellent communication skills—you know how to lead meetings, collaborate across departments, and represent our client with confidence.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· A positive, can-do leader who thrives on teamwork, execution, and delivering results.

This role is responsible for managing the Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international certifications and standards, including ISO 9001 and ASME Section VIII.
