Position Title: Production Operator

Wage: $19.50/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2:15pm - 10:45pm

Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
- Monitor equipment throughout production
- Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces
- Test and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages
- Acts as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians, and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system
- Adhere to food safety, GMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices and customer specifications
- Report any food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action

Requirements for Production Operator:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to frequently handle / move of material from floor to waist and from waist to shoulder to overhead to place onto shelving units
- Able to bend, twist, reach, lift, push, pull and stand for long periods during work shift
