Pregnancy Client Advocate (PCA)
Phoenix, Arizona
Full Time (32 hours per week)
$19 - $21.50 per hour

Christian Family Care (CFC) is seeking a compassionate, ministry-minded advocate to support individuals facing unplanned pregnancies. This role offers real-time emotional and practical support, guiding clients through parenting and adoption decisions with integrity and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships and attend critical appointments
• Provide unbiased decision-making support and referrals
• Prepare legal documentation and maintain case records
• Educate clients and families on adoption and parenting options
• Collaborate with CFC programs and community partners

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Social Work or related field + 1 year experience OR Bachelor’s + 2+ years in advocacy or human services
• Strong communication, crisis management, and documentation skills
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with CFC’s values
• Valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification, and on-call availability
