*What You’ll *_*Actually*_ *Do:*
* Deliver play-based, child-centered OT sessions that are as fun for you as they are for your clients.
* Lead small group programs like fitness bootcamps and summer programs (think: movement, obstacle courses, workouts and game, not endless evals and reports).
* Collaborate with an amazing team of OTs who lift each other up.
* Partner with parents to celebrate wins and keep therapy goals meaningful.
*We’re Looking For Someone Who:*
* Has *3+ years of pediatric OT experience* (including sensory integration, trauma-informed care, neurodiversity affirming lens, reflex integration, etc.)
* Must be willing to work until 6:30pm.
* Brings energy, creativity, and a passion for helping kids reach their potential.
* Loves the idea of combining movement, fitness, and play into therapy.
* Wants to grow personally and professionally in a supportive, innovative clinic.
* Holds an active *Massachusetts and NH COTA license*

*About KidSHINE:*
We’re a North Shore pediatric outpatient clinic redefining what therapy looks like. Through movement, play, and our evidence-based EXERSHINEkids POWER Bootcamp program, we help kids build strength, confidence, and shine in their everyday lives. Our Amesbury clinic is growing, and we’re looking for another passionate OTP to grow with us in a part time capacity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
