A Part-Time Parts Delivery Driver job description involves delivering auto parts to customers, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining a clean vehicle, keeping detailed logs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a clean driving record. Duties also include picking up returns and cores, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service, with the role often requiring physical tasks like lifting and bending. Flexibility in schedule is typically needed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Parts: Transport auto parts, equipment, and other merchandise to customers, including auto repair shops and other locations.
• Load & Unload: Safely load and unload parts and equipment into the delivery vehicle.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and build positive relationships with customers by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Returns & Cores: Pick up and process customer returns, cores, and warranty parts.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed delivery logs, transaction records, and other necessary documentation.

• Driver's License: A valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Communication: Strong verbal and listening skills to communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service and people skills to interact with customers.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (often up to 50-60 lbs), bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage deliveries and paperwork.
