Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? Then we have a position for you as a Mental Health Program Assistant.

This is a great way to gain valuable experience in the mental health field! We are expanding, seeking qualified staff to assist in the opening of a new CRR in the Sinking Spring area, so we have full-time, and part-time shifts available!

The Mental Health Program Assistant is responsible to assist individuals in acquiring skills of daily living, independent living, and social skills in the residence and in the community. Provide a safe, clean, and homelike environment for each individual and the guidance necessary to achieve independent living skills.

Full- time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days, as well as a 401(k) Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, and paid holidays starting day one of employment!!

Overtime is also available for those candidates who are interested.

Requirements

• Computer knowledge is a must.
• Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver.
• High School Diploma or GED. (Original document is required).
• Pre-employment Drug Screen.
• Pre-employment Physical Exam.
• Pre-employment TB (Mantoux) Test or Chest X-Ray (if applicable).
• PA Criminal History Clearance.
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years).
