Position: Medical Appointment Scheduler

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. (Temp-to-Hire)

Type of Hire: Temp to Hire

Pay Increase: $17.54/hr. upon conversion to client payroll

Location: Onsite – Portland Neighborhood

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Closed Most Holidays

Work Environment: Small call center office within larger medical office

What You’ll Do

• Schedule appointments across multiple Louisville, KY locations
• Respond to patient requests
• Coordinate future and same-day appointments
• Enter basic patient information into our system
• Refer patients to nursing staff for triage and services
• Handle urgent calls and direct them appropriately
• Use interpretive services for patients with language barriers
• Document services and interactions accurately

What You Bring

• GED or High School Diploma
• Availability: Monday through Friday, 8a to 4:30p
• Onsite presence required
