Shift: Day Shift (Shift 1)
Schedule: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments and be able to work extended day shifts. Reliability and strong patient care skills are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider.
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
Support residents with daily activities and care needs.
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation.
Provide compassionate care to residents and interact professionally with families.
Active and unrestricted LPN license .
Experience in skilled nursing, LTC, or rehabilitation settings.
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts consistently.
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to function independently.
