Job Description – Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through personalized massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Customized Massage Sessions: Provide individualized massage treatments using a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring both relaxation and therapeutic results.
• Conduct Client Consultations: Assess health histories, concerns, and treatment goals; adjust techniques as needed for safety, comfort, and effectiveness.
• Maintain Detailed Treatment Records: Document techniques used, client feedback, and progress to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Promote Wellness Education: Offer guidance on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or complementary wellness practices.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Partner with other wellness professionals at ALDANI INC to deliver a holistic client experience.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain treatment spaces in accordance with state regulations and Spa La Posada’s cleanliness standards.
• Stay Current in the Field: Participate in ongoing training to keep skills and knowledge up to date with industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensure & Certification: Valid massage therapy license and certification in the state of practice.
• Experience: Prior experience preferred, with proficiency in techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform massage services and stand for extended periods.
• Professionalism: Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor in line with ALDANI INC’s standards.
