Location: Bethesda, MD

Salary: $55,000+ base per year + bonus (minimum 20+ sessions/week)

Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, 5- or 6-day schedule options

We are looking for a passionate, highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our collaborative and innovative team in our brand-new flagship location in downtown Bethesda.

What This Role Is About

You’ll play a critical role in the health and performance outcomes of our clients by delivering exceptional manual therapy and movement-based treatments. This is not your typical spa setting — we are a results-driven, client-focused facility with a culture rooted in professionalism, integrity, and community.

As a Massage Therapist at NP, you will:

  • Deliver 25+ client sessions per week focused on functional massage, recovery, and performance
  • Be a leader and educator in body awareness and therapeutic practices
  • Collaborate with a team of trainers, PTs, and nutritionists to build comprehensive wellness plans
  • Help clients progress through our performance-based programs and retain long-term membership

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough consultations and assessments
  • Provide customized massage therapy focused on pain relief, mobility, and performance
  • Integrate movement-based therapy where appropriate
  • Track client progress and communicate with the internal team
  • Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
  • Participate in workshops, client events, and education sessions
  • Contribute to internal content, team education, and performance discussions

Ideal Qualifications

  • Licensed Massage Therapist in Maryland
  • 5+ years of experience (7+ preferred)
  • Knowledge of functional movement, recovery, and performance-based massage
  • Excellent communication skills and client-centered demeanor
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable
  • Strong interest in continuing education and professional growth
  • CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000+ base salary , with bonus structure tied to client sessions (minimum 20+ sessions/week) Hire base salary bases on experience
