As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Legal Intern to support our growing operations in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial contracts (e.g., sales, distribution, service agreements, NDAs) and related legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare corresponding reports or internal memoranda
• Organize, archive, and maintain the company’s legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Support the legal team in daily operations, including processing legal invoices, and handling other administrative or ad-hoc legal tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth progress on legal and compliance matters

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
• Excellent proficiency in German and English (working language)
• Optional: proficiency in French or Chinese
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Interest in technology, automotive, or energy sectors
