Job Description: Junior AI Developer

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong programming background, a solid understanding of basic machine learning concepts, and a passion for applying artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to build, test, and deploy AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of AI and machine learning models for business applications.
• Preprocess and organize datasets , ensuring accuracy and quality for training and testing.
• Write and maintain Python scripts and code to support AI workflows.
• Work with senior team members to train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models .
• Help integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
• Stay current on new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to support ongoing learning.
• Document work, code, and processes for team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Solid programming skills in Python ; familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-learn.
• Basic understanding of machine learning principles and exposure to frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with working with APIs, databases, and version control tools (e.g., Git) .
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Coursework or internship experience in AI, machine learning, or data science projects .
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision basics.
